Design and Deliver is a business born out of a shared set of beliefs as to how technology can be used to enhance Sales and Marketing results in the UK lesiure and franchising sectors. In short we design proven online marketing toolkits and sales impact solutions that deliver better results, for less!.

We embrace technology. An example of which is our online marketing toolkit that provides organisations with a marketing tool that not only aids productivity, but also protects the brand and allows individual locations to create explosive tailored campaigns that deliver results.

Whilst we actively seek to utilise technology to assist our clients, we still believe that there is no substitute for the personal touch. People buy from people they like and trust, which is why we introduced our sales impact solution to our list of business services.

David is a sales, marketing and business consultant with extensive experience developing world class multi-channel CRM programmes, having worked for and on behalf of clients such as David Lloyd, Whitbread, Next Generation, Leisure Connection, Nuffield and énergie Group to help them acquire, engage, retain and grow memberships. An award winning Fitness and Leisure Marketing Director with over 20 years of experience from independent club ownership to developing a 100 strong franchise group. David provides a wealth of experience and expertise on maximising your marketing effectiveness and delivering bottom-line results.

In 2003 David was a founding director of The énergie Group and led the development of the leading fitness franchise brand in the UK. It was during this period that David and Vernon worked together closely; developing successful marketing and sales solutions that worked for both for franchise owners who demanded results and value for money, and equally for the franchisor who were able to maintained control of their brand.

Vernon spent 10 years in creative London agencies, working for a diverse range of clients, including BP, Virgin, Whitbread, PPP, University of Glasgow and the Barbican Centre, Vernon joined one of his client’s, Relaxion, and helped them become the leading leisure management company of the day, turning the Harpers Fitness into the brand leader, and developing many successful promotional campaigns for health clubs and leisure facilities.

In 1999 Vernon orchestrated a MBO, buying Junction 9 Design Consultants, which continues to grow its reputation for providing innovative, effective solutions for the leisure and education sectors, which don’t break the bank. Vernon has vast experience and expertise in both the private and public leisure sectors.
